- Heavens, you forgot Mustangs, LeBarons, ect. which Europeans buy as imports.

- Yeah, and USA developed the Amiga, our Euro friends didn't (yes, Euro's saved
- the Amiga, which I'm greatful).

- Oh, that's the reason the IRA is bombing, their happy? Is that the reason why
- the Paris folks don't like riding on subways because of Algerian bombers? Did
- we forget Bosnia already? And are we forgetting Eastern Euro's? They are
- not happy campers at all. Care to look at the NeoNazi movement?

- Like the US is no longer on the cutting edge of tech nor have 40 Trillion US
- dollars in domestic assets? Face it, we maybe growing at a sail pace of
- 2.3-2.7% GDP, but that would be a godsend to most European countries. If we
- were stupid as a whole, we would be trailing economically, not leading.
-
- PM> Europeans appear to be a little better

- I think your going to be dissappointed, they have as just as much social and
- economic problems that we do, if not more.

- The reason we are not saving is do to taxation. Drop capital gains taxes and
- bring on a flat tax, and you'll see savings, and possible enough savings to
- even buy Amigas. Well, the later maybe just wishful thinking since we can't
- even get the friggen A1200 to NA even at it's bloated European prices.
-
- From one who was going to buy a new A1200 but who is now going to wait for the
- Amiga OS port to PPC.
